Installation & Usage Guide

Alignment: Mount the dresser at a $10^$ to $15^$ negative drag angle to the wheel radius. For cluster types, ensure the entire face makes contact simultaneously.

Contact Point: Position the diamond head precisely at the wheel centerline or 1/32" below. Never above.

Coolant Management: Apply high-pressure flood coolant before contact. Multi-stone tools generate significant heat; inconsistent cooling can cause diamond fracturing.

Infeed Control: For rough dressing, use an infeed of 0.02 – 0.04mm per pass. For fine truing, 0.01mm is recommended.
